The newly built villa has a classic look and yet offers truly flawless design.
Using a pavilion-like layout, the property features a lovely pool terrace facing the sea, and it is backed by the appealing villa proper. Unlike many pools, though this one is framed by a plush and verdant lawn dotted with sun beds. The wooden pool deck frames one end and features an amply furnished lounge looking out over the beach. A few steps up takes you to the villas portico and the oversize glass doors into the great room.
With its high ceilings in dark wood and its cool terrazzo floors, this is an inspired place to gather together for meals or simply to relax in the sea breezes that make their way in through the doors. A living room with entertainment system, a formal dining room, and the breakfast bar that opens into the kitchen are all found here. The kitchen is a gem with its marble counters and modern appliances, and you will not miss one moment of the scenery even as you make a meal or two.
The four bedrooms are located off the main shared living spaces for optimal privacy and scenery. Each is a queen suite with luxuriously appointed ensuite bath. Two feature private terrace access and impressive views of the sea.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
