This stylish gated villa features sleek contemporary decor with comfortable white cushioned sofas accented with wood tone and painted wood furniture. Strategically placed potted palms add to the island ambiance of the home. The modern kitchen offers conveniences including a dishwasher and a stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator. A curved breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the living area, and ample seating in the living room makes it the ideal spot for relaxing with family and friends.
The sparkling blue waters of the bay are visible from the living room seating area. All three bedroom suites are situated on the upper level and provide amenities including a private bath ad spectacular ocean views. Bathrooms are updated in a neutral color palette with contemporary fixtures. Step outside and find facing white loveseats on the wood deck, perfect for enjoying sights of Flamands Bay and cooling island breezes.
Step down to the lower level and find a deck equipped with outdoor sun-loungers near the inviting infinity edge pool. The pool is tiled in deep blue to blend with the island waters surrounding the property. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Rent a villa for 7 nights or more with a minimum weekly rate of US$10000 and receive a complimentary rental car.
A Kia Picanto is provided with an option to upgrade the car model for an additional charge.
Gas, taxes and insurance are excluded. The guest is responsible for returning the car to the airport office of the rental car company at the end of the stay. Upon villa confirmation, a redeemable promo code will be sent to the guest.
