Villa Romance, St Barts, Flamands. Romance is an expansive and beautifully designed villa in the hills of the Flamands area of St. Barts. A six-bedroom gem, it is designed with a lovely blend of transitional styles that hint at Colonial, island, and even modern esthetics. Spacious and airy, it features an even balance of indoor and outdoor living spaces, and whether it is your sole destination or a base from which to enjoy the island, it is sure to be a delight.
The villa features a large and well-appointed pool terrace that serves as the central area of the home. With a wooden deck furnished with lounges and sunbeds, it also features an oversized and modern verandah beneath which you can sit and enjoy time at one of the al fresco dining spots, the outdoor lounges, and the barbecue area. The open-to-the-air kitchen is accessible from the terrace’s breakfast bar, too.
Inside the villa, the central part of the home is the great room. This features the traditional high ceilings and tile floors, and also uses that wonderful balance of styles to create an aesthetically appealing setting in the living room and lounge area, the large dining room space, and the kitchen. The kitchen is a chef’s delight with its stainless appliances and surfaces, its open-air design allowing you to gaze out at the sea even when cooking, and its full array of supplies.
The bedrooms are each a private retreat, and five of the six have their own private terraces. All of the bedrooms are ensuite with a shower and dual vanity. Four bedrooms offer a king-sized bed and two are queen-sized. Three are on the main level and three are on the lower level, opening to the gardens. Most feature sea views.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
