Villa Rose St Barts. One of the three new "grand dames of Gouverneur", the beautiful Villa Rose sits in a private garden above the lovely Gouverneur Beach area of St. Barts and offers stunning views from an equally stunning setting.
It is a four-bedroom villa with resort-like properties. Rather than a single, large structure, it maximizes the setting and scenery by using three individual pavilions to house an array of luxurious indoor and outdoor living spaces. The main pavilion is where the shared living spaces are found while the remaining pavilions contain the opulent bedrooms.
The main villa is where the lovely pool area is found and it sits at the edge of the ridge to provide unimpeded and expansive views of the entire area. The pool is in the center and features a unique island pavilion that offers a lovely lounging area. Wooden decking surrounding the entire structure also offers a bevy of lounging and dining spots. There is also the open-air living room pavilion that is more of a great room with several unique areas to enjoy the views. Open to the gardens and the sea views it is remarkable. The dining pavilion and kitchen area are similar with openings on both sides and the same high ceilings, soothing stone and sand palette and streamlined décor that does not distract from the beauty of the surroundings.
The bedrooms are in the two remaining pavilions and each is a king-sized master suite. They feature high end entertainment systems, mini bars, dressing rooms and enormous ensuite baths with rain showers as well as standard fixtures. Two share garden views with an outdoor seating area, gazebo and lava plunge pool. The other have individual gazebos and plunge pools.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
