The focal point is the western-facing views out over the ocean and bay. With a daily sunset a sure thing, you can then get busy familiarizing yourself with the fun to be had all along the pool terrace. An innovative t-shaped pool features an infinity-edge that curves gracefully to wrap the deck, but is also framed on two sides by the wooden terrace. At one far end of the curve, is a swim up bar housed in a sunken lounge, and all covered with a tiki-style hut.
There are sun decks on both sides of the pool, and back up to the covered porch that leads inside of the villa. An airy and tropically themed space, it features a raw wood dining table and heavily carved sofa. This leads you inside to the great room where more of the Spanish colonial design is found. Tile floors and white washed walls pair nicely with the large sofas and appealing art. The nearby dining area and kitchen also offer you a great gathering spot.
The kitchen is a contemporary gem that features high end appliances and a huge amount of working space. It opens to one area of the terrace as well, creating an outdoor breakfast bar from which to savor the sunsets or sip morning coffee.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
