Villa Fleur de Cactus St Barts. Set in the hills of the Lurin area, the newly-built Villa Fleur de Cactus provides St. Barts visitors with guaranteed sunset views each evening. Convenient to the delights of St. Jean, it can also serve as a destination on its own.
Tucked into a garden setting, it offers total privacy and features premium luxuries that might often be reserved for much larger villas. The rounded, infinity edge pool is one example. With its beautiful stone edge and amazing views, it will become a preferred gathering place. It backs up to a wonderful stone terrace with open sun decks and a covered al fresco dining niche as well. It also features a swim up bar and a large lounge with enormous banquette sofa.
When you are ready to retreat from the sun, sea breezes and scenery, the terrace opens into the remarkably stylish interiors. There is a large living room with walls of natural stone, wood floors and cream colored furnishings that work together to create a most welcoming setting. This area features a bar area and it leads into the large, gourmet kitchen. Equipped with premium appliances, it opens into a formal dining area as well as the al fresco dining spot.
There are two floors in the villa and two of the bedrooms are on this upper level. They each open to private terraces and feature king beds, separate dressing rooms, and enormous ensuite baths with dual vanities. They are both supplied with premium entertainment systems as well. The lower level bedroom opens to the pool area and it is a master suite with separate living room, dressing room and luxurious ensuite bath.
The Villa Fleur de Cactus is a perfect choice for a set of very discerning travelers in search of stunning views, privacy and yet also a convenient spot from which to visit some of the finest beaches, restaurants and shops on the island too.
