Villa Lagon Jaune St Barts. For groups of friends or larger families who appreciate stylish décor and luxurious amenities, the Villa Lagon Jaune (AJL) is a fantastic find. Situated on a hill above the Petit Cul de Sac area of St. Barts, it is part of a very exclusive, gated community that is just a short walk to the beaches below.
The four-bedroom villa features truly lovely design. The exterior uses classic West Indies lines and a unique violet hue to create a setting that is instantly relaxing and tranquil. Spacious and yet natural, the property uses a main villa and smaller bungalow structure to provide guests with optimal privacy and scenery. Backed by the hill and appealing stone walls, it faces out into the landscape, and features many terrace spaces and private decks.
The center of the property is the lovely pool area. It is an infinity-edge design that is framed by a silken smooth wooden deck that features some sunning areas along with a beautifully designed portico that provides many wonderful dining and lounging niches. A full outdoor lounge is at one end, and the charming al fresco dining spot is tucked into another.
Inside, the same esthetics are at work, and with subtle Asian influences, the spaces are both soothing and welcoming. White dominates the palette, but bursts of color are found everywhere. A great room offers a formal living room with banquette sofa, a conversation area, and a dining spot. This all faces the view as well as opening into the gourmet kitchen. Open to the terrace it is a contemporary charmer with modern appliances and a lot of space to work.
The four bedrooms include three queen suites. Each of these has a large and luxurious ensuite bath. They also each feature private terraces, sitting area, and romantic canopies of netting. The fourth suite is a mini-suite with a king bed, sitting room, and kitchenette in addition to a terrace.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
