Tucked in the private and luxurious gated community of Domain du Levant in the Petit Cul de Sac area of St. Barts, the Villa Lagon Vert is a newly-built property that blends natural stone with an innovative industrial-styled esthetic to create an unforgettable setting for your next holiday. With its expansive views that include eastern and western horizons, it is a unique place for watching sunrise, and sunset and savoring each starry night or sun-soaked day.
You can take in the scenery from several outdoor living areas. There is a central pool area around which the villa has been constructed. With a wooden terrace wrapping the square pool, visitors can easily reach the shared interiors as well as the abundant al fresco spots. Along one edge is an open-air dining suite, and along another is the al fresco living room. On two sides are luxurious and private bedroom suites.
From the dining area, you step into the great room with its high wooden ceilings and honey-hued wood floors. Done in a palette of cinnamon orange and cream, it features elegant yet welcoming décor that includes oversized sofas and aged wood tables and chairs. Nearby is a media room with a modern entertainment system and there is also a large and high-end kitchen. This is equipped with the very best appliances and gear and opens to the terrace to make entertaining a breeze.
The seven luxurious bedrooms are all master suites and feature unique décor, king beds, and truly opulent ensuite bathrooms.
An access to “form fitness” (a fitness club in Lurin) is included with the villa.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
