The Only You villa is an opulent villa that is home to five bedrooms (with adjoining, ensuite bathrooms), and located in Levant. It is also within walking distance to the private beach, meaning that you can go and stare out at the waves or stick your toes into the water at any time, day or night.

The Only You villa is known for its beauty in all of St. Bart, so you know that you and your nine other guests will be treated to an unforgettable vacation once you arrive. This villa was designed to evoke feelings of “the Caribbean,” and you can see that from every element of its décor to even how it’s spaced out across the property.

The compound is split into a large u-shape with two heated pools in the center that offer swimming opportunities no matter the weather while also existing against the perfect backdrop of the lagoon that is a famous part of Petit Cul de Sac. You can experience these views from the pool, the deck of the main house, or even by wandering out to the private beach after a minimal walk – short enough that even the smallest guest can get there with aid.

This villa is a perfect choice for any groups that include children, but it can offer unforgettable memories for couples and families without children, as well. Get together with your loved ones in the large, air-conditioned main room, and spend most of your time dancing through the modern kitchen that is home to a huge breakfast bar island that seats up to 10 people. Or, if the kitchen isn’t where you feel your best, whittle away hours in the living room and treat yourself to the latest shows with the installed TVs that have access to Apple TV and Satellite TV.

For those of you who enjoy the outdoors and would never live inside if you can help it, many of these aforementioned amenities are also available in another form outside. Spend your time on the outdoor terrace (which links to the main room) and use the outdoor bar and kitchen for your food needs. You can also work off anything you eat by the fitness room (and yoga section) that is right around the corner of the main room. And, no matter where you are in the villa, treat yourself to your favorite tunes by using the built-in Sonos sound system with speakers throughout the property.
