The Villa Valentina is described as a VIP property because it sits in one of the more coveted parts of St. Barts and offers non-stop and breathtaking views. Recently renovated, it is a gem tucked into a private, gated community that overlooks the lovely Pointe Milou area of the island.
A four-bedroom villa, it is confined to a single story and provides an expansive space to inhabit throughout a stay. Meant to provide a one-stop destination for a getaway, no detail has been overlooked in terms of amenities and design. From the beauty of the pool area to the luxury of the interiors, it is a full-blown destination in its own right. The villa features an array of outdoor spaces that frame the large and lovely pool. Designed to lead the gaze into the scenery, it is an infinity edge design and is flanked by a wooden deck furnished with oversized sunbeds (with the style of a traditional bed) tucked beneath the shady palms. At one end of the terrace is a gazebo furnished with hammocks and designed as an open-air yoga studio.
Gardens are in great abundance throughout the open-air spaces, and as you follow the wooden deck to another end of the villa, you find a discreet and lovely plunge pool near the outdoor shower.
With so many outdoor spaces, it would seem unnecessary to emphasize the creation of interior spaces, but this remarkable villa has unforgettable rooms to savor inside, as well. Start with the great room that features an open-air design. At one end is the immense living room and entertainment area that gazes out toward the terrace. Furnished with custom-made sofas, it is sure to be a preferred spot to gather. This leads into the formal dining room with its innovative spinning table to accommodate group meals and gatherings. This opens into the gourmet kitchen that emphasizes minimalism but at no expense to efficiency and function. A gourmet’s delight, it allows meal prep to occur in full sight of the gardens and grounds.
The four bedrooms are designed as luxury suites and feature king beds, large ensuite baths, and direct access to the gardens or the pool area.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
