This two-bedroom property uses a wonderfully modern esthetic and features uses both stucco and stone in a series of interconnected structures that create privacy and visual appeal. The heart of the villa is the central structure which includes all of the shared living spaces. Here you find the elegantly simple living room, with its high white ceilings, dark stone floors and wooden furnishings that create a sort of Zen-like balance of dark and light. This space includes an enormous seating area and entertainment system.
Beyond this is the large, gourmet kitchen. With a breakfast bar and premium appliances, it makes whipping up snacks or even complex meals a breeze, and you’ll be able to enjoy all of the sea breezes nearby because both rooms open to the pool terrace. Just outside of the kitchen is a sheltered, al fresco dining room and beyond that is the large and uniquely shaped, infinity edge pool. Surrounded by a stone terrace, it includes oversized lounges and a charming little lawn area with a round, covered sunbed.
The design of the villa also ensures that both bedrooms enjoy amazing views and they are located at opposite ends of the villa. Both are king suites that open to the terrace and have separate lounging areas. They are both ensuite and offer entertainment systems, too.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

A Kia Picanto is provided with an option to upgrade the car model for an additional charge.
Gas, taxes and insurance are excluded. The guest is responsible for returning the car to the airport office of the rental car company at the end of the stay. Upon villa confirmation, a redeemable promo code will be sent to the guest.
