A three-bedroom property, it uses iconic island style and design to create a wonderfully welcoming space for a group or family. Tucked into the hills of the scenic Vitet area, it gazes down on the beaches below and is just a few minutes’ drive into town. Will you want to get out and explore after you arrive? Perhaps, but the soothing design and beauty of the villa may make you wish to simply unplug and unwind in its many elegant and relaxing spaces.
For many, the pool terrace is a constant pull. This is because the infinity edge pool allows swimmers to savor a cool dip while taking in amazing and unimpeded views. The deck is surrounded by a wooden deck furnished with several different sunbathing areas, and the delights of the private gardens are also nearby. With your own palms and lush grounds to enjoy, the property will feel like a personal paradise. There are several outdoor living spaces tucked neatly into the different areas of the terrace, including a sofa lounge at one end of the pool and an al fresco dining spot shaded beneath the verandah.
Gardens are in abundance throughout and, whether it is when walking from the garage to the entry, exploring the terrace area, or heading to one of the three bedrooms, the lush and verdant setting is always nearby. Inside, the design is meant to capture the airiness and brightness of the surroundings, and a palette of creamy white interplays beautifully with dark wood and pops of tropical color.
The great room features a sunken living room that uses a few steps to teach the dining area. The space features cathedral ceilings painted in a snowy white, and paired with sand-colored terrazzo flooring. Just steps away is the gourmet kitchen with its wooden cabinetry and many windows ensuring lots of fresh air and scenery even when busily making a meal. The three bedrooms also use this same design concept and create a sense of airiness while counteracting it with darker hues for some of the bedding. Each of the rooms has a queen bed and a large and private bath, and each opens to the scenery.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
