Villa Atlantis St Lucia. Set on a hilltop that overlooks Rodney Bay in St. Lucia, the stunning Villa Atlantis provides up to ten guests with an amazing place to get away from it all. Though close to the finest beaches, restaurants and shops, it truly is a world of its own. With gorgeous, private gardens and grounds that even includes a productive kitchen garden, it also offers an estate-like setting that makes a welcome stage for your island holiday.

Stroll the enormous gardens with mature trees and shaded paths, mount the marble stairs to step inside, and marvel at the gorgeous details of the building. Made of stone, and sporting a charming terra cotta rooftop, it offers enormous arched windows that ensure you can savor the non-stop scenery from each room.

Unlike many villas, this one offers a central courtyard with koi pond and fountain, but it also features an enormous, infinity-edge pool that frames part of the amazing scenery. Backed by an enormous verandah and sun deck, it is furnished with full-sized pieces that ensure you can enjoy every possible moment outdoors. The terrace wraps the house, and if you follow it you find niches for lounging, and even a charming swing.

The interiors are just as appealing, and open to the scenery, they allow the lines between indoors and outdoors to blur. The high ceiling of the great room works well with the stone walls and it contains a large dining room, a casual TV room and a more formal living room. These open to the kitchen with its high-end appliances and spaciousness ideal for group meals.

The five bedrooms are each luxurious, spacious and impressive. They include five queen suites. They each feature views and access to the grounds.

The Villa Atlantis is like another world and is ideal for the ultimate group or family vacation.

The house was everything we envisioned! Evania and staff were AMAZING and made our stay so much better. They were extremely thoughtful and very sweet during our stay. Debbie was extremely responsive and very helpful. We also used a private chef that was fantastic and a masseuse that was gracious enough to come to the house. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to beautiful St. Lucia.

Villa Atlantis will take your breath away! The views, service and all the touches are amazing. All the rooms are private, it offers plenty of sleeping arrangements for all group sizes. The staff is very nice, and we enjoyed having cooked meals and table set up on the patio for us daily. Evania helped us get fresh food from local fishermen delivered at the villa and she also arranged for massages. The food was great as well and we tried some local fruits and recipes thanks to Indira. Both ladies were very helpful, and they definitely made our stay very relaxing and comfortable. Thank you, and we cannot wait to return!

The location is amazing - sweeping views of Cap Estates and the ocean, including Pigeon Island. The house is stunning - very spacious with huge open areas to let the island breeze cool you. The infinity edge pool is a dream and beautifully maintained. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all spacious, one that has a shower open to the skies. The open air Koi pond was beautiful and it's a interesting feature to this house but the short rain showers most mornings made the floors very slippery and we had to put towels down to dry the floors. The housekeeper was lovely and provided us with drinks each day and cooked a lovely welcome meal. We could have spent our whole vacation at the villa but St. Lucia is a beautiful island, well worth exploring. If you are looking for a home with several large bedrooms, a incredible pool, sweeping views and lots of privacy - this is it. We would definitely stay here again.

The Atlantis villa is a haven and a perfect Caribbean location for a gathering of family or friends.

My recent stay was undoubtedly the most luxurious and comfortable of my numerous visits to St Lucia having found accommodation that ticked every box.

Everything about Atlantis from opening the impressive front door to sipping drinks on the well appointed terrace was a joy.

Attention to detail is obvious everywhere in this beautiful villa and the stunning views cannot fail to impress.

Situated in a peaceful location you have the privacy and relaxed atmosphere that appeals yet Carribean life is a short drive away.

The staff that took care of our needs were friendly and very helpful and we truly felt spoiled.

A dream location on the very beautiful island of St Lucia and a place I would defiantly return to that is Atlantis.

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Villa Atlantis. St Lucia is a beautiful island, completely different from other islands I have visited and the villa was perfect for our family group of nine. Villa Atlantis sits on top of hill and has the most amazing views of the Caribbean and Atlantic Ocean. The Villa is very well laid out and spacious, ideal for our group as we never felt on top of each other . My favourite feature inside the house was the indoor garden and pond , which gave the villa a lovely relaxed atmosphere . Outside , aside from the views , had to be the magnificent pool and terrace.

All of the bedrooms are large and well appointed with a/c , ceiling fans , hair dryers and the nice touch of complementary toiletries . We were very well taken care of by the superb housekeeping team and the villa is kept in tip top condition.

There is plenty to do in the area and the family were kept busy visiting the various beaches close by - Pigeon Island was a favourite as was the beach bar at The Landings . My wife and daughter in law spent a quiet afternoon at the spa in The Body Hotel , which they said was "bliss" . I was quite happy to spend my time wandering around the lush garden or sitting on the terrace enjoying the views and sunsets with a cold Piton beer.

I would highly recommend St Lucia as there is plenty to do and see for all ages , the scenery is stunning and the people are extremely friendly . And I would defiantly recommend Villa Atlantis, it was perfect and I look forward to returning ....

As frequent visitors of the island, we are so glad we found villa Atlantis. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views! We have three lively children so having this amount of space and a great size pool made such a difference as previously we had always stayed in hotels. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much. We will definitely be coming back here for our next holiday!

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 15% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 59 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. All Christmas, New Years and Easter reservations are non-refundable. In the case of border closures, from either the guest’s country of origin or the destination (St Lucia), one (1) date change will be accommodate once the balance of the booking has been fully paid.

Common Questions

Do we share the villa? click to close

No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Are we protected from fraud? click to open

Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.

Can you explain the reservation process? click to open

Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.

Can we arrange an early check in? click to open

Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.

Can we arrange a late check out? click to open

A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.

Are transfers to the property included? click to open

Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.

What to expect upon arrival? click to open

In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open

In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.

Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.

A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.

A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
