With its impressive views encompassing a 180-degree field of vision, the recently renovated Villa Saline Reef is a wonderful find for a family or small group of friends. Tucked on a hill in the Cap Estate area of St. Lucia, it faces to the north and west, guaranteeing amazing sunsets each day, but also providing wonderful views up the coast. Close to the golf course and within easy reach of town, it is an ideal base or could also be your only destination.

Staffed with a cook and housekeeper, it also features an astonishing array of premium amenities as well as gorgeous décor. The focal point of the property is the pool terrace which is a tiered design offering a smaller plunge pool that spills over into the larger infinity-edge pool. Surrounded by gorgeous grounds, it is a true tropical paradise waiting for guests to explore and enjoy.

Inside, the villa is remarkably spacious. Wrapped by porches and verandahs, the interiors maintain a wonderful airy feel, and the ground floor provides a lounge just off the pool. Furnished casually in a pale palette of sand and white, it features a high-end TV lounge with a full library and a study. Upstairs, the shared living spaces include an open air living room, dining room, and the premium kitchen with its top the line appliances.

The bedrooms are divided between the levels of the villa, but each of them is a master suite. They include queen beds with luxury linens, premium entertainment systems, and such luxury features as a private pool and patio, sea views, and large, private baths.

Ideal for a set of friends and discerning travelers, the amazing Villa Saline Reef sets the stage for an opulent and yet casual island vacation. With everything only a short distance away, it is sure to provide the ultimate experience.

The rental rates include: Welcome upon arrival and villa orientation, housekeeping and cook service 6 days per week (9am > 3pm), pool technician, gardener, security, villa manager on call and utilities (water, electricity, BBQ gas / charcoal, WiFi Internet coverage). Provision and staff gratuities are not included.

Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.

Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.

Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

Saline Reef is incredible. The views, house, pool, nature, gardens and luxury feel is second to none. This is by far the nicest place I have stayed in and is incredibly well equipped so you don't ever have to leave! It's a tranquil paradise. If you wanted to leave everything is only a short drive away. Try the amazing coconut water being sold in the side of the road or head down to the naked fisherman for lunch. Incredible place and would return in an instant.

We stayed here as a family in January 2017 and it was a delightful holiday, mainly due to the exceptional location of this house. There is a beautiful view over miles of sea and across to Pigeon Island, right on the corner of the rock that looks over to Martinique.
The house is elegant, well appointed and well maintained, with a very pretty garden, and two little swimming pools.
We were initially concerned about going to the house with two toddlers, but it was very manageable.
A very tranquil spot, and to be highly recommended.

The views from all the terraces around the villa are spectacular. The change of light during the day and particularly into the evening means there is always a perfect location to relax and take in the picturesque landscape over the ocean to Martinique. The location was ideal being a combination of lovely landscaped solitude and a short drive to the beaches, markets and restaurants. There are plenty of things to do from sailing, beach toys (parasailing, water runners, jet skis), including trips to the rainforest, zip wires etc. The staff were helpful, pleasant and good humoured. We would recommend the helicopter trip from the airport into the local heliport both for the great panorama of the island it provides but also to save time driving.

Our stay at Saline Reef was wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to learn that the villa had a number of amenities we didn't know about! (Had we known, we would have chosen this villa sooner). There is wifi throughout the property, 24/7 security guard on weekends and every weeknight, a pool man on weekdays, and the housekeeper also cooks basic meals at your request (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Also, the kitchen and all bathrooms at the villa have been upgraded since the photos were taken and are gorgeous and very modern.

The villa location is superb - you cannot beat the views! All the furnishings are as expected and very high quality. Also, the onsite staff is amazing! They are so friendly and helpful and made the stay very enjoyable. We had an amazing vacation unlike any we've had before. It's a very special place!
