This townhouse style accommodation has a lot in common with the best villas. With three bedrooms, it is far more spacious than a hotel or resort suite and it offers multiple floors of indoor and outdoor living. Yet, it is located in Rodney Bay, it is just a short walk to the best restaurants, clubs, beaches and shopping areas.
So, it combines the best location with villa-like spaces. This includes the spacious open air living room and dining area which features arched doors that lead to the private lawn and gorgeous waterfront. There is also the great room with the indoor living room and dining room which opens into the full-sized kitchen. A private laundry room is included inside the villa's main floor too.
The three bedrooms are divided between upper and lower levels. Two are on the main level with private baths, and dual singles or king beds. The master suite is above and features a king bed and private bath. It also has a mezzanine with a sofa bed properly sized for two children. All of the bedrooms feature entertainment systems.
With a pool outside the main level porch in addition to waterfront along the marina, the stunning Villa The Harbour #17 really does have it all and is ideal for families or groups yearning for a villa in the heart of town.
The rental rates include: Welcome upon arrival and villa orientation, housekeeping service 6 days per week (9am to 12pm), villa manager on call and utilities (water, electricity, BBQ gas / charcoal, WiFi Internet coverage). Provision and staff gratuities are not included.

- Reservation deposit is 30%. Full balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 15% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 59 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. All Christmas, New Years and Easter reservations are non-refundable. In the case of border closures, from either the guest’s country of origin or the destination (St Lucia), one (1) date change will be accommodate once the balance of the booking has been fully paid.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
