Villa Blue Beach St Martin. There is little that can prepare guests of the villa Blue Beach for its stunning scenery and intimate surroundings. After all, this four-bedroom property sits along the beachfront of Baie Longue Beach on St. Martin, and is surrounded by its own inviting gardens, grounds, and mature growth. The palms dance in the breezes, the lap of the surf is a stone's throw from your portico, and you can savor each sunrise or sunset in privacy and style.
The villa features many indoor and outdoor living spaces, in addition to its beach access. These include the large pool terrace that faces the sea and offers a sun deck area along with a short path to the appealing gazebo. Beneath the shade, you can lounge in comfort or enjoy a meal overlooking the sea. The pool terrace is just steps from both of the property's structures - the pool cottage or the main building.
The cottage offers a portico with al fresco dining and lounging, while the porch of the main building is where you will find the oversized, outdoor living room and full dining room with barbecue area beneath the oversized portico. Step through the enormous glass doors and you enter the cool and contemporary great room. High ceilings, a pale palette, and a blend of natural materials such as wood, stone and rattan make this an impressive living space.
The great room features the living room with entertainment system, and breakfast bar that opens into the open-air kitchen. This is a fully-equipped kitchen with the latest appliances, and enormous pass-through windows to the portico areas.
The four bedrooms are divided between the main house and pool cottage. In the main house, the master suite features a king bed, large ensuite bath and views of the sea. There is also a queen suite here too. The cottage offers a king bedroom along with a double twin suite, and both have baths.
The Villa Blue Beach is a rare find and easily a destination all on its own, offering beauty, style, luxury and Caribbean charm.
Note: A caretaker lives on the estate in a separate cottage with it's own entrance and driveway.
Isle Blue Chef services and Prix Fixe menu options are not eligible for service at this villa. Gourmet meal delivery is possible.
