Its name translates from the French to "the three days" and yet you may find you want much more than just three days in the Villa Les Trois Jours. Set directly on Baie Longue Beach in St. Martin, its location makes it perfect for a group or family seeking an idyllic Caribbean holiday.
With six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, it is sized for up to 12 guests at once. More than just adequate bedrooms, however, this villa offers a huge array of shared living spaces too. From the elegant, oval pool that is surrounded by an equally elegant sundeck, to the covered terraces and gazebo spaces that provide a wealth of relaxation spots, there is a place for everyone at all times.
Designed to ensure that guests are able to take in the lush, tropical surroundings, the villa uses a large and open floor plan to ensure that even when you are cooking in the kitchen you don't miss a moment of the delicious sea breezes, the gentle sounds of the sea, and all of the beautiful light. The massive gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar directly on the terrace but also opens to a formal dining spot inside.
This leads to the formal living room that opens to an equally comfortable and formal outdoor lounge as well. The amenities also include an outdoor kitchen and barbecue as well.
The six bedrooms in the villa feature private, en suite bathrooms, entertainment systems, and excellent views. Four have views overlooking the waters and the other two feature garden views.

For cancellation between 60 to 31 days of arrival, 55% of gross rental is forfeited. Cancellation less than 30 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
The villa is currently undergoing a renovation and not available for rental. No timeline for it's return has been provided

Maximum guests for a seated dinner event: 80 guests
Rental rates:
The villa can be rented for a 24 hour period. Rates are as follows.
High Season Event Fee (January 6th to April 14th): $11,000
Low Season Event Fee (April 15th to December 16th): $9,000
Refundable security deposit: $5000
*If the guest is renting the villa for a weekly stay, the event fee is reduced by 50%.
Terms and conditions:
All rates are quoted in US$ and are subject to an 8% Government Tax & Service. They include the private use of the villa for a 24 hour period for the function set up, the event itself and the clean up afterwards. They also include the services of the villa staff and all utilities (electricity, water, gas).
Accommodation and villa staff gratuities are not included. It is the responsibility of the guests and their event planner to arrange to have furniture removed, stored and returned to enable the event to take place at the villa.
