With interiors designed by none other than the Yves St. Laurent firm, it offers seven bedrooms, three swimming pools, direct beach access, private gardens and grounds, and an abundance of world-class amenities in its indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Created as a large, central villa flanked by two smaller, one-bedroom properties, it features a large garden with human-sized chess set and range of cozy lounge areas in addition to the sprawling beachfront terraces. These too are dotted with swaying palms but also feature truly stylish areas for lounging, dining, bathing, and relaxing. There are enormous banquette sofas, platform sun beds, al fresco dining niches, and outdoor living rooms tucked beneath the covered and open terraces.
Throughout the property, the indoor living spaces are designed to maximize the setting, catch those endless sea breezes and enable you to savor the setting whether you are sitting in the elegant living room of the main villa or in your private bedroom suite nearby. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Rental rates:
Event fee US$ 17000. If a guest hosts a gathering during their weekly vacation rental, they will enjoy a reduced Event fee of US$ 16500.

Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
