The five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath Baltazar is a contemporary, yet restful villa styled with hues of earth, sky, and water. It was just recently constructed in 2020. It is located on a gated property on St. Martin’s northern coastline with an unobstructed, scenic view of Pinel Island and the sheltered bay of Cul de Sac. It’s located close to Orient Bay and the picturesque village of Grand Case. Plus, it’s just a five-minute ferry boat ride to Pinel Island.Five immaculate bedrooms complete the interiorand feature beautiful en suite private bathrooms with designer fixtures including a bathtub with shower, vanity, and a water closet. Four bedrooms have a king-size bed and one has two single beds. One bedroom is accessed from the living area and the otherfour bedrooms open off the pool terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has a TV. All but one bedroom has a security safe for storing valuables.
Enjoy the open-plan kitchen with modern appliances, natural wood cabinetry, and a picnic-style dining table. Other amenities include a blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, and dryer.
When guests need a break from the hot tropical sun, they can relax in large comfortable couches in the air-conditionedliving area and watch the flat-screen TV. WiFi and a sound system are included.
The villa features a terrace with a river rock finished private pool surrounded by a lush green lawn and hardwood deck with a lounge and dining area. There are amazing views of the turquoise waters. Convenient beach access, beach chairs, and a kayak are included.
If additional assistance is needed, there is a property manager on call, a housekeeper, and a pool person. Guests can expect daily maid service, except on Sundays and any holidays. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
