It sits above Simpson Lagoon and is located in the popular and prestigious Terres Basses neighborhood of St. Martin. It is in a private, gated community that offers the use of private tennis courts to residents, in addition to the amazing scenery and setting.
However, your villa is sure to become your sole destination. With the pool terrace as the heart of the villa, it features a gorgeous infinity edge pool framed by wood and terra cotta decking, dotted with sun beds, and outlined with arched porticos.
On one side, the shared living spaces of the main buildings offer a range of indoor and outdoor settings, while the other side of the pool is where private bedroom terraces open to the beauty of this four-bedroom property. At the rear of the pool area, there are additional shared living spaces that include a breakfast bar and several lounges.
The interiors include a range of beautifully decorated rooms. The great room includes a high ceiling, blue and white palette, and enormous banks of glass doors that open to the portico and several covered al fresco lounges and dining areas. Enjoy the TV room, the formal dining area, library, and gourmet kitchen. A truly remarkable space, the kitchen features marble countertops and is an open air design that allows you to pass items through to the exterior spaces that include the pool terrace and the patio area.
The bedrooms are meant to be identical in their luxurious feel and spaciousness, and each is a unique retreat of its own. There are two king suites, each opening to the terrace and featuring large, private baths. The other suites have two twin beds, private baths and terrace access.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
