The double living room features distinct color palettes, combining sophisticated neutrals with vibrant touches. A generously appointed gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two professional-sized refrigerators, and wraparound counters that invite guests to gather while meals are prepared.
Outdoor living is at the heart of Villa Encore. The heated swimming pool stretches along the terrace, surrounded by sculpted loungers, palm trees, and flamboyant trees. As the pools are outdoors, the actual water temperature may vary depending on environmental conditions such as wind, rainfall, and outdoor temperature, which can affect how warm the pool feels and the temperature it is able to maintain. Please note that heated swimming pools are intended to enhance comfort and are not comparable to hot tubs or spa pools.
