This five-bedroom gem sits in its own private gardens, surrounded by mature trees and plantings, and offers a stunning range of indoor and outdoor living spaces that can easily create your ideal holiday getaway. The focal point for most visitors is the infinity-edge pool and its surrounding terrace. Paved in silky smooth stone, the terrace wraps the pool, and it all faces the west and provides an unbelievable daily sunset view.
From the terrace, you can enjoy a swim, bask in one of the many sun beds, swing from the hammock, or step beneath the portico area where al fresco dining, barbecuing, or lounging are all possible. The porch spaces are generously furnished and are open to the terrace as well as into the great room and shared living spaces.
These include the oversized, gourmet kitchen that provides uninterrupted views along with a bevy of high-end appliances. There is a breakfast bar, formal dining room, and several lounging niches spread throughout the air and contemporary great room. High ceilings, modern and stylish furnishings, and a soothing palette make this a fantastic area for gatherings and relaxation. A media room is tucked into one corner too.
The five bedrooms are also designed in this same airy and contemporary style, offering neutral palettes and colorful accents that make each space a welcome retreat. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Rental rates:
The villa requires a one week minimum rental of the villa at the regular rental rates. The event fee is an additional fee required to hold an event at the villa.
Event fee is: $3000
Refundable security deposit: $3000
Post Cleaning: $650
Terms and conditions:
The villa must be booked 7 nights minimum and to its full capacity only. Additional to 7 nights rental, an event fee + security deposit. Special promotion or discount cannot be applied. The event fee is charged per event (one day event). The owners would not accept more than 2 pax per bedroom and on the property except on the event day. The guests would be responsible to clean the villa after the event. Check-in day cannot be on the event day & Check-out day cannot be the day right after the event. Any catering company/private chef and wedding planner must be approved by the TPI to organize any event on our properties. In case of any damage caused by anyone during the stay (guests, chef, wedding planner, et al), the clients would be fully responsible for it. The cleaning company selected by our agency will be mandatory for the post cleaning of the event, at the charge of the client.
