The extensive covered porch overlooking the pool lends an authentic Creole flavor to this luxurious home. This luxurious villa rental will allow you to enjoy an island ambiance with potted palms, flowering bougainvillea and large decorative rocks enhancing the villa. Surprising sculptures add an interesting touch to the outdoor landscape and pool area.
Each of the four air conditioned bedrooms is intricately decorated with tile flooring and sliding or louvre doors leading outside to a terrace. This luxurious St Martin villa rental is extremely generous and showcases extremely desirable amenities such as a king size bed, a fully tiled private bath with a shower, plasma TV, a DVD player and a gorgeous ceiling fan, giving off a perfect tropical feel to your stay.

For cancellation between 90 to 31 days of arrival, 55% of gross rental is forfeited. Cancellation less than 30 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Rent a villa for 7 nights or more with a minimum weekly rate of $8000 and receive a complimentary rental car.
A Hyundai I10 is provided with an option to upgrade the car model for an additional charge.
Complimentary vehicle delivery to the villa is included.
Gas, taxes and insurance are excluded. Guest is responsible for returning the car to the airport office of the rental car company at the end of the stay or paying a pick-up fee. Upon villa confirmation, a redeemable promo code will be sent to the guest.
