Villa Sea Vous Play on St. Martin is a casually elegant, newly renovated villa in Terres Basses. Located at the edge of a hillside in an exclusive gated enclave of luxury homes, the villa provides spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. The discerning eye can make out the neighboring island of Saba in the distance, and scenic Baie Longue on St. Martin is clearly visible.

A large infinity edge pool at the edge of the pool terrace seems to blend with the azure waters of the sea. Guests will enjoy the view from a chaise lounge on the sun deck and from the spacious covered terrace.

Villa Sea Vous Play is in the ideal location to watch glorious tropical sunsets, and if you are lucky, you may see the elusive "green flash" as the fiery ball sinks below the horizon. An outdoor CD player system makes your days at the villa relaxing and upbeat. The comfortably furnished living room opens to the dining table outside, the perfect spot for an al fresco meal. An oversized, fully equipped kitchen offers every convenience you need to prepare delicious meals, from quick and casual to elegant and romantic. A dishwasher, ice machine and gas barbecue add to your convenience. For entertainment, there is a 40 inch flat screen TV with US satellite channels in the living room, an iPod dock and a DVD player. Villa guests will also have the advantage of WiFi Internet access.

All four air conditioned Villa Sea Vous Play bedrooms feature spacious ensuite bathrooms and open to the pool terrace. Amenities like dual sink vanities and tiled showers enhance the baths.

No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.

In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.

Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.

The kitchen is in serious need of updates to compliment the amenities of the rest of the villa. We never figured out how to work the oven (our caretaker and housekeeper didn't know either) and the Microwave was probably circa 2000? But it worked but was - again - not spectacular in keeping with the theme of the villa. The fridge was missing shelves on both the fridge & freezer size - from the cabinetry on that wall - it looks like a Sub Zero was planned for that area. Perhaps not in the budget at this point (we appreciate that as business owners) - but it certainly needs to be addressed. Our frozen Pizza box served as a shelf in the freezer side until we ate it the night before we left! LOL - we had a lovely time - no villa rental is ever perfect - some are worse than others but this one has been pretty darn GOOD! UPDATE THE KITCHEN - and it would be AWESOME - and we would come back again. Cheers ~

Beautiful! All expectations were met, the majority exceeded our expectations. I awarded the Joe award for the pool and the provisioning of the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you could need. The only negative was that the coffee pot did not keep the coffee hot after being made.

Loved every minute of it. Amazing terrace/pool area, great kitchen, AMAZING shower heads in the main bathrooms, great grill! Maria did an amazing job cleaning and Olivier keeps the property looking amazing. Terrific experience with St. Martin Blue. Pictures are completely accurate of the villa. We didn\\\'t use any of the concierge blue offerings, but the website does a great job of not only offering the villas, but tons of additional st. martin info. Kate and Rob were great to work with. Care free experience and the free car-rental was a huge plus - we explored every day.
