Perfect for group getaways, this home accommodates up to 12 guests across five spacious bedrooms, with four of them equipped with office desks and excellent Wifi connectivity.
The main level boasts an inviting open-concept layout, fostering a sense of camaraderie among guests whether they're whipping up cocoa in the kitchen, cozying up by the fireplace in the great room, or engaging in a friendly card game around the rustic dining table. A large-screen SmartTV, positioned above a stacked-stone fireplace, ensures entertainment for all, visible from every corner of these communal spaces. Ample seating is provided by the plush sectional sofa.
Expansive windows flood the great room with natural light and lead out to a furnished deck, offering breathtaking westward vistas perfect for enjoying sunsets. On clear days or balmy summer nights, guests can fire up the gas grill or unwind with a glass of wine around the fire pit.
For formal dining occasions, the dining area comfortably seats up to 10 guests, while the gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, elegant hardwood cabinets, and all the conveniences of home, including a Keurig coffee maker.
Adjacent to the living area, a loft awaits with exercise equipment including a treadmill, elliptical machine, and weights. Post-workout, guests can step out onto the private balcony to rejuvenate with crisp mountain air and scenic views. A spacious laundry room on the main level ensures guests stay fresh and equipped with clean ski attire.
Those staying on the lower level can enjoy the convenience of a large bathroom featuring dual sinks and a combined shower/bathtub. Additionally, this level houses a cozy entertainment room furnished with a wrap-around leather sofa, gas fireplace, and large-screen TV. A 4-seat eat-in bar and separate 4-seat high-top table add to the ambiance reminiscent of a slopeside bar, while a glass door opens onto a covered patio.
Situated just outside downtown Breckenridge and a mere 10-minute drive from the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort, Hoppre Haüs offers easy access to both town amenities and outdoor adventures. With a two-car garage for convenient transportation and a one-minute walk to the free ski and town Boreas shuttle stop, exploring the area is effortless.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees.
