The accommodation comprises two double bedrooms, a studio apartment, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests with the option for an additional 2 on a pull-out sofa in the living room area. The second floor hosts two double bedrooms, each accompanied by its own en-suite bathroom and private terrace, offering a haven of relaxation and seclusion.

On the first floor, a modern and fully equipped kitchen seamlessly merges with the dining area and living room. A spacious sofa converts into a double bed, accommodating 2 additional guests. A utility room with a washing machine stands nestled in one corner, offering added convenience.

Adjacent to Zaton Mali is the village of Zaton Veliki, where a grocery store, bank, post office, pizza house, restaurants, and bars await, all just a 10-minute drive or a leisurely 20-minute walk along the shore.
