Breakwater Griante is a striking contemporary villa set directly on the shores of Lake Como, perfectly positioned in the triangle connecting Bellagio, Menaggio, and Varenna. Once a historic boatyard on the lake’s west shore, it has been transformed into a modern retreat where industrial design meets refined luxury.
Spanning three levels, the villa accommodates up to 16 guests and offers an elegant blend of style and comfort. Interiors feature expansive living and dining areas with panoramic lake views, a fully equipped kitchen with bar, a wine cellar, a library, a gym, and a private spa with sauna, hammam, and massage area.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
