This traditional historic villa, which was recently renovated and provided with all modern standards of comfort, boasts original architectural details, such as art deco-colored glass windows, parquet floors, marbled columns, and elegant interiors. The Instagrammable views, a heated modern swimming pool, and the wellness area with a whirlpool for up to six people make this place perfect for young couples and families with children.
Included in the Rate: Electricity consumption up to €50, Daily housekeeping service 2 hrs/day, including Sunday, Mid-week change of bed and bath linen (Wed), Change of Pool and Spa towels as needed, Welcome basket upon arrival, 12 Still and 12 Sparkling bottles of water weekly, 2 baby cots and 2 highchairs upon request, Unlimited Wi-Fi internet access (available indoor and outdoor), Garden and pool cleaning maintenance
Not Included in the Rate: Electricity (including A/C) in excess of the €50 allowance is charged upon consumption, based on meter reading, Pool heating, upon request in advance: €1,000/week., Extra housekeeping/Personal laundry service: €18 /hour/per staff member, Heating €100/day, Cook service – No third-party suppliers allowed: the services will be provided by the villa management and in-house staff, Cost of food and beverage.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
