Perfectly positioned in a peaceful setting, Villa Ondalaria provides convenient access to Lake Como’s iconic destinations, including Varenna and Menaggio, both easily reachable by ferry. The first floor, accessible via ten steps from the foyer, is thoughtfully designed to balance comfort and elegance. A welcoming TV room with plush sofas and armchairs creates the perfect setting for relaxed evenings, while the adjacent formal sitting room, complete with a charming fireplace, provides a warm and refined space for conversation or quiet reading. At the heart of this level is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, fitted with modern appliances and generous workspace. The kitchen opens onto a delightful terrace featuring a dining gazebo, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors while overlooking the peaceful surroundings.
On the ground floor, guests will find a private gym tailored to personal fitness needs, as well as an intimate wine cellar stocked with a curated selection of labels. Guests are welcome to browse and purchase their preferred bottles upon request, adding a special touch to their stay.
The villa’s outdoor spaces are equally inviting. Located along a quiet secondary road used only by local residents, the property ensures privacy and serenity. A panoramic gazebo beside the villa offers stunning lake views and a beautiful setting for al fresco dining. The garden features a poolside lounge with a barbecue area, a private swimming pool with a sun deck, and an outdoor shower. Surrounded by lush vegetation and manicured lawns, the pool sits on an elevated terrace above the villa and is equipped with a safety cover, making it especially suitable for families with children.
A pleasant four-minute walk leads to the tranquil lakeshore, where guests can board a ferry or private boat to explore the lake’s renowned attractions. Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
