Staying at the Toy Topia puts you in one of the best parts of Orlando. The villa is only a short drive from all the top attractions, including popular spots like Disney, Sea World, and Universal Studios. Deluxe luxury accommodations are provided for up to 20 guests. The villa spans 4,764 square feet with nine bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a powder room. Guests can spend time at the resort clubhouse, which offers a heated pool, courts to play sports, a fitness center, and a surfing simulator.
Two of the bedrooms are outfitted especially for younger guests to keep their interest and ensure the vacation of a lifetime. One of the rooms has a social media theme, while the other has a futuristic style. Adult guests can choose from several bedrooms with full or king-sized beds, many of which feature an ensuite bathroom. Deluxe mattresses and high-quality linens will add to guest comfort during a stay.
Toy Topia was created to offer all kinds of entertainment, both on the inside and outdoors. The home has a private theatre with a high-end sound system and projector, leather recliners, and LED lighting. There are also arcade games in this room, as well as in the loft found upstairs. A lounge area with a smart television and a mini jungle gym are also located in the loft.
The outside of the villa features a large pool with a spillover spa lined by comfortable loungers where guests can sunbathe. There is a foosball table, a giant Connect Four, and pool basketball for guests who want to get a little competitive. This villa also has three different dining areas, including a breakfast bar, an outdoor patio area, and a formal dining room. Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
