However, what truly sets this retreat apart is the magical "treehouse" recreation room and two themed kids' rooms, one of which transports young adventurers to an enchanted forest.

Step into the sophisticated foyer, evoking the ambiance of a boutique hotel, and proceed to the grand great room—the heart of this opulent abode. Boasting a chic contemporary design and plush yet sleek furnishings, this expansive space is designed for both relaxation and engaging conversations.

Within the mansion's open-plan living area, the modern kitchen stands out with its gleaming white cabinetry, marble countertops, top-notch appliances, and an array of cooking gadgets to cater to up to 28 guests. Adjacent to the kitchen, a spacious dining area easily transforms into a conference room if business meetings or events are on the agenda.

For the adults, there are nine exquisitely furnished bedrooms, each showcasing elegant contemporary design, premium bedding, and luxurious en suite bathrooms.

The first floor offers three conveniently located sanctuaries: a master king bedroom, a regular king bedroom, and a master queen bedroom with a double door walkout to the pool area. On the second floor, six more luxurious bedrooms, not far from the themed kids' rooms, offer either a king bed or two full-size beds, along with plush furnishings and upscale decor.

The young ones are in for a treat with two imaginatively designed, immersive-themed bedrooms. In the Enchanted Forest room, a Nordic fairyland awaits with cozy cottages (bunk beds), ladders, and whimsical wall art reminiscent of beloved snow-princess tales. Meanwhile, the Brick Builder's room transports mini builders to a vibrant construction site in the heart of a bustling city, featuring giant blocks, a spiral slide, and animated movie scenes depicted on vivid wall art.

For those seeking entertainment, a roomy loft awaits with a pool table, darts, ring toss, wall Scrabble, and more. An arcade, reminiscent of nostalgic wonderlands, features classics like Pac-Man, air hockey, and exhilarating racing games. The upstairs hangout, equipped with comfy recliners, an 86-inch screen, and surround sound, ensures a delightful experience for all ages, with kid-sized seats in the front row.

Transformed into a haven of creativity, the garage features sprawling branches, swinging vines, hidden "tree trunk" nooks, and imaginative wall art—a space where guests of all ages can let their imaginations flourish.

When a break from recreation is in order, a private gym beckons with a stationary bike, Peloton Tread, and free weights—all accessible with the added motivation of virtual training sessions on the smart TV.
