Welcome to Coastal Key, a Mediterranean-style villa set along the Intracoastal that captures the spirit of the “Venice of America.” This waterfront retreat offers a sense of calm and effortless luxury, with open living spaces that flow seamlessly into a lush tropical garden. Outside, you’ll find a heated pool, inviting lounge areas, al fresco dining spaces, and a private dock—perfect for soaking in the serene surroundings. The beach and the charming center of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea are just a short five-minute golf cart ride away.
Inside, the villa features a spacious open floor plan designed for comfort and connection. It includes four well-appointed bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with a generous living room and a separate game room for entertainment. The dining area offers seating for eight, complemented by a fully equipped chef’s kitchen and a cozy breakfast nook. For added convenience, the home also includes dedicated laundry rooms.
The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and gathering, with a heated pool, hot tub, and three distinct lounge areas to unwind in style. A grill is available for outdoor cooking, making it easy to enjoy meals in the fresh air. The property also features a large driveway with space for up to six vehicles, ensuring plenty of room for guests.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
