There are multiple areas designed for comfort and entertainment, including loungers, a covered patio with a dining table and bar, a grill, and a charming al fresco gazebo dining area.
The property also features a driveway with space for up to four vehicles, ensuring convenience for you and your guests. This home captures the essence of the “Venice of America,” offering a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and prime location.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
