Inside the main residence, you’ll find six beautifully appointed bedrooms and six bathrooms, complemented by a spacious living room perfect for gathering. The chef’s kitchen, complete with a pantry, flows seamlessly into a dining room designed to host up to eight guests. A cozy breakfast nook and two sunroom lounges offer peaceful corners to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a book. A dedicated laundry area adds everyday convenience to this well-balanced home.
The property also features a charming pool house, ideal for extended family or guests. It includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. A queen-size pullout provides additional flexibility, making the space both functional and welcoming.
Outdoors, Emerald Key truly shines as an entertainer’s haven. A heated pool serves as the centerpiece, surrounded by a covered alfresco lounge terrace, a dining area for eight, and a fully equipped bar and grill. The gazebo offers a tranquil escape, while the spacious driveway accommodates up to four vehicles with ease. Whether hosting lively gatherings or enjoying quiet evenings, this property delivers a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
