Spanning more than 320 square meters, the villa blends traditional architecture with modern comfort. Divided between a main house and a guest house, the interiors are thoughtfully designed with natural materials, soft neutral tones, and an abundance of light streaming through classic French windows.
The ground floor serves as the home’s central hub, where a fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into a welcoming dining space that opens onto the garden. A spacious living room with a fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere for evenings of relaxation, while a practical laundry room adds everyday convenience.
Seven beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensure comfort and privacy for every guest. The main house includes four bedrooms—two on the ground floor and two upstairs—while the guest house offers three additional rooms, including a connected family suite ideal for those traveling together.
Ideally located, Les 3 Nicole provides easy access to some of Provence’s most iconic destinations, with charming towns, historic sites, and cultural landmarks all within a short drive. Just a short stroll away, guests can also enjoy a beloved local bakery, perfect for starting the day with freshly baked croissants and baguettes.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
In accordance with France’s Tracfin compliance regulations, this property requires verified government-issued identification and proof of home address from all guests prior to confirming a reservation.
