Tucked away on nearly seven acres in the serene countryside of Les Alpilles, just outside Avignon, Mas d’Eyragues is a beautifully restored former farmhouse that captures the true essence of Provence. Surrounded by rolling fields and olive groves, the estate offers a peaceful escape where rustic authenticity meets understated luxury.
The outdoor spaces are designed for slow, sun-filled days. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the heated pool, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy friendly matches on the private half tennis court. A trampoline and pétanque area add to the charm, offering plenty of opportunities for recreation and relaxation within the expansive gardens.
Inside, the villa blends old-world character with modern comfort. Vaulted ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and a grand carved fireplace bring timeless elegance to the living room, while the dining room reflects a refined rustic style. With two fully equipped kitchens in the main house and an additional kitchen in the pool house, the property is perfectly suited for both casual meals and larger gatherings.
Mas d’Eyragues accommodates guests across two separate residences. Both the main house and guesthouse are fully air-conditioned and feature a flexible mix of king beds, twin beds, and cots—ideal for families or groups. Modern amenities such as satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a gym, and laundry facilities ensure a comfortable and effortless stay.
Ideally located, the villa is just a five-minute drive from the village of Eyragues and only twenty-five minutes from the historic center of Avignon. The Mediterranean coast is just over an hour away, and Marseille Provence Airport lies approximately seventy-five kilometers from the property. Mas d’Eyragues offers a perfect blend of seclusion, sophistication, and easy access to Provence’s most beloved destinations.
Notes: Please note that air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available throughout the entire property. Pool heated from May 15th to October 15th.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
In accordance with France’s Tracfin compliance regulations, this property requires verified government-issued identification and proof of home address from all guests prior to confirming a reservation. These measures are mandated to ensure compliance with French anti–money laundering and financial transparency laws.
