Villa Lea is a splendid contemporary villa of more than 400 m², ideally located on the eastern side of Cap d’Antibes, just a short walk from the famous Garoupe beach and nearby shops. The villa offers spacious and refined living areas designed for comfort and relaxation. On the ground floor, guests will enjoy a large living room with a TV lounge, an elegant dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the outdoor dining terrace. This level also features a beautiful ensuite bedroom with a dressing room and bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.
The first floor hosts four luxurious ensuite bedrooms. Two guest suites feature dressing rooms and shower rooms, while another ensuite bedroom benefits from access to a private terrace. The magnificent primary suite includes a separate dressing room, bathroom with Italian shower, and a private terrace with beautiful sea views.
At the top of the villa, a stunning rooftop terrace offers the perfect setting to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle, complete with a lounge area, bar, barbecue, and solarium.
The lower level is dedicated to entertainment and wellness, featuring a wine tasting cellar, private cinema room, fully equipped gym, and laundry room.
Outside, Villa Lea boasts beautifully designed terraces and lounge spaces, a pétanque court, swimming pool, garage for one car, and two additional outdoor parking spaces. An independent staff apartment with a double ensuite bedroom completes this exceptional property.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
In accordance with France’s Tracfin compliance regulations, this property requires verified government-issued identification and proof of home address from all guests prior to confirming a reservation.
