Fully renovated and entirely air-conditioned, the property offers breathtaking panoramic views over the Bay of Cannes and exceptional luxury amenities throughout.
The villa features a magnificent entrance hall, a spacious main living room opening onto a large terrace with a summer dining area, barbecue, and spectacular sea views, a perfectly equipped kitchen, and an elegant dining room for up to 12 guests overlooking the garden and the Bay of Cannes. Guests will also enjoy an office that can be used as an additional bedroom with a sofa bed (160 cm), shower room, and toilets, as well as a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and storage space.
The property also offers beautiful private, covered terraces with exceptional sea views, a wine cellar, and a spectacular 200 m² pool house with a fully equipped kitchen and separate toilets. A luxurious spa area includes a fitness room, steam room, and massage lounge. Outside, a magnificent infinity pool (17 m x 6 m) overlooks the Bay of Cannes and opens onto the landscaped garden.
Amenities include a heated swimming pool, alarm system, covered parking for up to 3 vehicles, full air conditioning, Hi-Fi system throughout the villa, Wi-Fi internet, barbecue, sports equipment, and spa facilities.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
