Villa Eleonore is a beautiful Provençal-style villa located on the heights of Cannes, set within a magnificent 2,000 m² landscaped garden with palm trees, lush lawns, and breathtaking views stretching across the sea toward Cap d’Antibes and the Esterel hills.
Elegantly decorated with refined furnishings and contemporary artwork, the villa perfectly combines Mediterranean charm with modern comfort. The bright and spacious living and dining area opens directly onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, creating an ideal setting for relaxing or entertaining. A fully fitted kitchen completes the main living space.
The villa features four comfortable bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged across two levels to ensure privacy and convenience. Several bedrooms enjoy direct access to the garden and swimming pool area, allowing guests to fully embrace the indoor-outdoor lifestyle of the French Riviera.
Outside, guests can enjoy a lovely swimming pool (10 x 5 m), a charcoal barbecue area, beautifully maintained gardens, and multiple outdoor spaces designed for relaxation under the Côte d’Azur sunshine.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
