Domaine de Canaille is one of the largest and most prestigious private estates on the French Riviera, located in the charming village of Cassis—just 30 minutes from Marseille. Nestled within the protected Calanques National Park, this exceptional 600 sqm (6,500 sqft) villa sits on a private 150-acre (60-hectare) estate and offers sweeping, unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea.
A spectacular 400 sqm terrace overlooks the turquoise waters of Arena Beach, accessible in just a few minutes on foot via a private path. The villa features four elegant sea-facing reception rooms and eleven beautifully appointed bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 24 guests.
Amenities include a 13-meter heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a pétanque court—providing the perfect setting for relaxation and refined coastal living. For ultimate wellness and entertainment, the property also offers a sea-view sauna, perfect for unwinding while gazing at the horizon, a hammam for a true moment of deep relaxation, and the exclusive Canaille Club—a 20 sqm private nightclub ideal for extending your evenings in complete privacy.
Guests can enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the 13-meter pool, hot tub, or sauna. A private hammam completes this ultimate wellness experience. The estate also features its own nightclub.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.

Limit for large events to only 2-3 per year to respect our neighbors.

Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
In accordance with France’s Tracfin compliance regulations, this property requires verified government-issued identification and proof of home address from all guests prior to confirming a reservation. These measures are mandated to ensure compliance with French anti–money laundering and financial transparency laws.
