When reserved in full, the main Bastide and the Syrah and Sémillon annexes accommodate up to 20 guests across 10 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each offering privacy and comfort.
Domaine La Rouillère defies easy definition. It is at once a working vineyard, a Provençal estate, and a secluded retreat, set in the hills above Gassin and spanning a scale rarely found among private rentals in the South of France.
Guests who privatise the estate enjoy exclusive use of the Bastide, along with both annexes, creating a self-contained setting with generous living spaces and expansive grounds to explore. Winding walking and cycling trails cross the property, while the pool terrace and vineyard esplanade provide contrasting spaces for relaxation. The elegant cour d’honneur ensures a memorable arrival, setting the tone from the very beginning.
Inside the Bastide, three distinct salons cater to every mood — from the grand fireplace in the main salon, to the more intimate TV lounge, to a relaxed space with a billiard table and wine cellar. The semi-professional kitchen is perfectly suited for entertaining, while the annexes allow guests to enjoy additional privacy without losing connection to the group. For those arriving by air, a private heliport is conveniently located within the estate grounds.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
