The villa opens onto a spectacular, light-filled living area framed by expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, offering panoramic views across the Bay of Pampelonne and the property's stunning swimming pool. A fully equipped professional kitchen features premium materials and high-end appliances, designed to meet the highest standards of comfort and entertaining.
Villa Talia accommodates up to sixteen guests across eight elegant en-suite bedrooms, complemented by two additional staff or teenager bedrooms, including an independent studio located near the pool area.
The outdoor spaces have been designed for relaxation and entertaining, featuring a large swimming pool overlooking the sea, a fully equipped pool house, outdoor showers, guest facilities, a Big Green Egg barbecue, spacious summer lounges, sunbathing areas, and multiple terraces to enjoy the Mediterranean setting.
The accommodation includes a private suite with independent access, featuring a 180 cm double bed, a dressing room, an en-suite shower room, a flat-screen television, air conditioning, a terrace, and a safe. The principal master suite offers a 200 cm double bed, en-suite bathroom and shower room, spacious dressing room, flat-screen television, air conditioning, safe, and a private terrace with magnificent sea and pool views. Additional guest suites on this level each feature a 180 cm double bed, en-suite shower room, dressing room, flat-screen television, air conditioning, and private terrace.
On the lower level, several sea-facing suites enjoy direct access to the pool terraces and exceptional views of Pampelonne Bay. Each bedroom is appointed with a 180 cm double bed, an en-suite shower room, a dressing room, a flat-screen television, air conditioning, a terrace, and a safe. A second master suite benefits from a larger dressing room and a privileged position overlooking the pool and sea.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
In accordance with France’s Tracfin compliance regulations, this property requires verified government-issued identification and proof of home address from all guests prior to confirming a reservation.
