Villa Topaz is a newly renovated contemporary luxury villa set just 4 km from the centre of Saint-Tropez, offering 430 m² of living space within 9,606 m² of private grounds. Completed in 2025, the property blends modern architectural design with expansive outdoor amenities, creating a private retreat close to the Riviera coastline. It accommodates up to 12 guests across six en-suite bedrooms, making it ideal for exclusive, self-catered stays.
Designed with clean lines and generous proportions, the interior is filled with natural light, with large windows opening onto landscaped gardens and uninterrupted countryside views. The open-plan living areas connect directly to outdoor terraces, including a dining space and bar suited to both relaxed meals and entertaining. An additional TV room provides a more informal setting for downtime.
The villa is equipped for both relaxation and activity, featuring two swimming pools, a swim spa, and a fully fitted gym. Outdoor facilities also include a private padel court and pétanque area, offering a range of leisure options within the privacy of the estate.
Practical features are equally considered, with a separate security house suitable for staff or chauffeurs, gated access, ample parking, and twice-daily housekeeping ensuring a seamless stay. The nearly one-hectare grounds offer multiple terraces for lounging and socialising, all within a peaceful setting just a short walk from a local bar or restaurant.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
