Connected to the main building by a semi-private veranda with stairs leading to the swimming pool, the guesthouse offers additional accommodation. It features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

The entire property boasts six levels of meticulously manicured gardens and patios that descend towards the sea. The final level, located at sea level, has been designed as a terrace adorned with sun loungers, while a private deck is also available for boats.
