Eleas Ikos Estate is a unique six-bedroom private retreat set on a peaceful hillside in Perithia, near Kassiopi, overlooking the Ionian Sea and the mountains of North Corfu. Originally built as an olive mill in 1913, the historic stone building has been carefully restored and complemented by a contemporary extension, creating a distinctive estate that blends Corfiot heritage with modern luxury.
Spread across more than 400m² and four levels, the estate is designed to make the most of its elevated position. Floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious terraces, and expansive outdoor areas offer uninterrupted views across the Ionian Sea, the Northern Epirus coastline, and the surrounding mountains.
The ground floor forms the heart of the property, with an open-plan living and dining area and fully equipped designer kitchen opening directly onto the main terrace and infinity pool. Three en-suite bedrooms are also located on this level. Two further master suites occupy the upper floors, each featuring an en-suite bathroom and beautiful panoramic views, while an additional en-suite bedroom is located on the lower ground floor.
The estate’s private wellness area provides a peaceful space to unwind, with an indoor Jacuzzi, traditional hammam, and dedicated relaxation area. The combination of historic character, contemporary design, and thoughtful amenities makes the property equally suited to relaxing holidays and multigenerational stays.
