Introducing Villa Omnia I, a newly built luxury villa perched above the picturesque Chania Town and the azure waters of the Cretan Sea. Nestled in a privileged location, Omnia Villas consists of two identical villas, each with its own private entrance and exclusive facilities. Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests in the existing beds, with additional sleeping space for two more on high-quality mattresses, this villa offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

Spread across three floors, which can be accessed by stairs or an elevator, Villa Omnia I boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances on the ground floor. The contemporary and minimalistic living area features a cozy fireplace, a large flat-screen Smart TV with satellite channels, and a dining area suitable for 6-8 guests. A shared WC and a washing machine are conveniently located on the same floor near the elevator.

The three inviting bedrooms are situated on the first and second floors. The first bedroom, located on the first floor, offers a double-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the last bedroom features a king-sized bed, a sofa bed that can be converted into two single beds with high-quality mattresses, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom offers direct access to balconies, smart TVs with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, bath amenities, linens and towels, a hairdryer, and premium mattresses for a restful sleep.

Stepping onto the balcony, you'll be greeted by breathtaking views that are sure to leave a lasting impression. Whether you're taking a dip in the outdoor pool or savoring a glass of wine overlooking the sea, this is an experience you won't forget. The outdoor area is complete with sunbeds, showers, and a table with chairs. The earthy color palette creates a warm and inviting ambiance, and families with children will appreciate the separate shallow pool designed for their safety. The lower level offers secure parking for two cars, shared between both villas.

The swimming pools can be heated for an additional cost using a Pool Heat Pump. From November to March, the cost of heating the pool is 100€ (one villa) or 120€ (both villas) per day with a pool temperature set at 22-23°C. Additionally, during April, May, and October, the pools can also be heated at a cost of 70€ (one villa) or 100€ (both villas) per day with a pool temperature set at 27-28°C depending on the weather conditions. Please note that we require 2 days' advance notice for this facility and the minimum usage period is 3 days. The cost of the heated pool can be pursued only with cash.
