Set in the peaceful village of Fylaki Apokoronas, SunKeramos Retreat is a tranquil escape where unspoiled Cretan nature meets comfort and privacy. Surrounded by the gentle landscapes of Apokoronas, the villa offers a calm atmosphere away from busy tourist areas, making it ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends seeking an authentic countryside stay near Chania.
Designed to host up to six guests, the residence combines functionality with understated elegance. On the ground floor, two well-appointed bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, alongside a shared bathroom with a bathtub. A separate, fully equipped, enclosed kitchen near the main entrance provides a practical, comfortable space for meal preparation, featuring a large folding door that opens directly to the pool area and an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The first floor features a bright living area, perfect for relaxing and gathering, along with a second fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for up to eight guests. From here, guests can access a balcony with outdoor dining and partial views of the sea and surrounding mountains. A further bathroom with a walk-in shower adds convenience. Above the living space, an open-plan loft offers two single beds in a cozy yet airy setting, ideal for additional guests.
Outdoors, the villa invites guests to unwind in a thoughtfully designed setting. A private swimming pool, which can be heated upon request, is complemented by sunbeds, umbrellas, and a comfortable daybed for relaxing under the sun. An outdoor shower adds extra convenience, while a shaded dining area with a pergola and a gas BBQ creates the perfect space for al fresco meals, surrounded by the natural beauty of Crete.
Note: The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of June and from September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 – 27°C, depending on weather conditions. We request three days’ advance notice for this facility. Moreover, for July and August, the pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost. We also request three days’ advance notice for this facility, and the cost shall be paid in cash upon arrival.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
