The lower floor boasts a spacious multi-use living area complete with an aquarium and access to an outdoor patio, featuring luxurious lounge sets and panoramic views of landscaped gardens, a reflection pool, and the sea. Two uniquely designed bedrooms on this level offer queen-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms, complemented by distinct architectural details.
The ground floor showcases two separate living areas with fireplaces, a library stocked with books, and a dining area for ten. A fully equipped indoor kitchen opens to an outdoor kitchen area, while a guest WC provides added convenience.
The Suite on this level functions as an independent studio with two interconnected rooms. It includes a queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a living room with an elegant desk, and direct access to the swimming pool area. A double sofa bed accommodates additional guests.
On the lower level, a two-room studio with a private entrance offers a semi-double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a cozy living area with a kitchenette. This studio is ideal for support staff or independent tenants, featuring a private outdoor dining space. Available at an additional cost, it ensures privacy during large group stays.
