Set on the peaceful beachfront of Sidonia in southern Heraklion, Villa Lapis Nera II is a private luxury residence with direct sea access and uninterrupted panoramic views. This newly built villa blends contemporary architecture with its natural coastal surroundings, offering a refined retreat defined by privacy, comfort, and authentic seaside living in southern Crete.
Designed to accommodate up to six guests, the villa spans three levels, combining clean architectural lines with warm, natural materials. Eco-friendly construction features include rock wool insulation and Kourasani finishes throughout. The ground floor hosts a bright open-plan living area with a 55” Smart TV and PlayStation 5, seamlessly connected to the outdoors through floor-to-ceiling glass openings. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area for six complete the space, along with a bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom and mountain views, and a guest WC.
Upstairs, two elegant bedrooms each offer en-suite bathrooms and private balconies. The master bedroom enjoys uninterrupted sea views, while the second overlooks the surrounding landscape. A standout feature is the private rooftop retreat, equipped with a king-size bed under an adjustable pergola, two 43” Smart TVs, a jacuzzi for six, a minibar, and an open-air bathroom. The retractable roof allows guests to relax under the open sky with the sound of the sea.
On the lower level, a private massage studio offers a tranquil wellness space, with professional treatments available upon request.
Outdoors, the villa is designed for relaxed beachfront living. A private swimming pool (heated upon request) is surrounded by comfortable lounge areas, while a small garden at the rear adds a quiet escape. A fully equipped BBQ area and outdoor dining space are perfect for shared meals, complemented by private parking for convenience. Directly in front of the villa, guests enjoy exclusive use of four umbrellas and eight sunbeds on the beach. A shaded area with mature trees between the villa and the shoreline provides a natural setting, including an additional outdoor dining space for up to eight guests.
Villa Lapis Nera II is part of the Lapis Nera Villas complex, which includes two neighboring three-bedroom villas that can also be rented together, making it an excellent option for larger groups seeking privacy while staying close together. Notes: The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request 3 days' advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
