Upon entering the property through the main entrance, you will find two designated parking spaces for your convenience. Proceeding through the villa's entrance, a staircase leads you to the ground level. On the left, an inviting indoor dining area and a cozy living room await, opening up to a spacious terrace boasting a private pool, sunbeds, a barbecue area, an outdoor dining space, and awe-inspiring views. On the right side, you will discover the well-appointed kitchen and the first bedroom with its en suite bathroom. Ascending a few steps, you will find two additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one of which is en suite. All three bedrooms grant access to the rear outdoor area, featuring a comfortable lounge and dining area adorned with a pergola. From this point, you can also reach the fourth bedroom, which offers a double bed, a single bed, and its own en suite bathroom.
Conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the new port of Tourlos and approximately 8 minutes from the town center, Villa Fanari enjoys close proximity to the charming resort of Agios Stefanos, the picturesque Houlakia beach, and the renowned lighthouse, ensuring an array of captivating experiences for guests to indulge in.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 61 days prior to arrival, US$250.00 will be forfeited. Cancellation between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation 29 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
